Jessica Massias is a French pastry chef living and working in NYC at the renowned Bosie Tea Parlor in West Village. She grew up in hospitality as the daughter of restaurateurs in Biot, France, and she graduated from the esteemed L'École de Boulangerie Pâtisserie de Paris. As a young pastry cook in Paris, she started her career at the acclaimed patisserie Secco, where she had the chance to prove that a young woman can rise up the ranks in professional pastry. Jessica often says she will always be grateful to her mentor Mr. Secco, who she feels gave her the skills and tenacity she needed for success.
