Katie Bone is the founder and director of PX+ Hospitality and PX+ Festival which she created with a team of talented hospitality professionals to give the industry the chance to create, share, discuss and celebrate.

She has spent the last fifteen years working for creative individuals leading top international restaurant operations including Gordon Ramsay Holdings, Caprice Holdings and Selfridges. Based in London with her chef husband and two Jack Russells, Katie recently qualified as a yoga teacher and splits her time between enjoying food and drink and teaching yoga to the hospitality industry!
