Rebecca Riddle is an Editorial Intern for the CulEpi Team who has been working various FOH positions for the past five years. She recently completed her master’s degree at Teachers College, Columbia University where she studied international educational development with a focus on language, literacy and culture. Rebecca is now on a mission to combine her love of words and writing with her passion for the restaurant industry.
When Rebecca isn’t working as a server, you can find her reading, planning her next travel adventure or searching for the best dumplings in the city. Since she is originally from a small town in Georgia, she will always love warm weather, southern hospitality and the word y’all.
